Rope on skin, and somehow still the calmest thing in the frame. The noose hangs just out of focus like a threat already outrun, and the blindfold turns the face inward, all instinct, nothing left to prove. There's a stillness here that doesn't need struggle to read as history; the bound wrists, the lowered head, the whole composition leans into a freedom that was reached, not given. Heavy in weight, completely unbothered in presence, this is what it looks like when survival stops being a story and starts being ground under bare feet.
